In a groundbreaking study, researchers from the University of Exeter in England and Maastricht University in the Netherlands have unveiled 15 lifestyle and health risk factors associated with young onset dementia, a rare form of the condition affecting individuals under the age of 65.

Among these factors are alcohol abuse, vitamin D deficiency, stroke, hearing impairment, heart disease, and elevated concentrations of C-reactive proteins indicating inflammation in the body. Social and Mental Health Factors:

In addition to physical health considerations, the study underscores the role of mental health factors in young-onset dementia.
